Hiding in the Spiny Forest
The Torotoroka Scops Owl (Otus madagascariensis) is endemic to Madagascar. This owl is hiding during the day in a plant in the Didiereaceae family, also endemic to the Spiny Forest ecosystem of south and southwest Madagascar.
