to post another macro before continuing with birds! o:)

This was my very first subject with the macro lens, the first takes in the series were rubbish but this one (after many many attempts from different angles) I think looks very pretty!!! :bounce: Im dying to share it since I did the postprocessing a few days ago and I cant wait any longer, so here it is hoping you like it!!!

What a stunning and beautiful macro image Marian. The hoverfly is razor sharp, as are the flower stamens, and the out-of-focus lavender petals form a beautiful composition. I love it Marian.

WOW Helwa Dulce MArian g/f what a fabulous all macro shot the details and clarity here are jaw dropping, and the all purple blue mood is just super, the right color to sooth my mood.

puts me on the mood to go out for a while with my new 200mm macro.

LOL for your whinchat shot, it is fabulous, he sure is more polite than my lady, he picked a perfectly let place to perch on. had a great time reading from your diary.
