Resting migrant hawker
This years garden photography.

First migrant hawker dragonfly, well i think it's one, can do the photos no issues but naming and sexing them is another mater, easier to get dead sharp shots than naming them.

You've got a super macro image here Katey.

Excellent work lass - very well done.

Thanks Delia, it's my job to show nature at it's best, wouldn't look nice if they was poor quality, it's show at craft fairs and to show that nature needs saving, most just takes a cute photo for pleasure but I don't, there's more to it.

Cheers again, theres been lots in our garden, not seen them before, tip if i may, be smooth, no sudden movements, even from ten feet be smooth, moving in like you a gentle summers breeze, when you within few inches they will watch you, then you find you can move about as you wish, like in one movement to get there. Sudden movements and they off like johnny rea in wsbk.
