Lake at Punta Cormorant
Day 3 of our Galapagos trip. A very early start at 6:45 AM. We went ashore in the zodiacs, then took a walk past this lake where we saw about 16 flamingos, another lifer for my list! There were also a couple of Red-necked Phalaropes, but they were too far away to get a good photograph. Later, on our way back to the zodiacs, we got great looks at several Blue-footed Boobies performing their courtship display!

7th Oct 2019

What a great day you had (my birthday I note!) and what a gorgeous view this is, Helen.
