A Midsummer Day's Dream

Survivor's Tale

I sat with Renu on that
fateful day in 2005...
Clutching my report
in my hands..
It contained few most
deadly words known
to mankind...

... 'Stage III-C Cancer' ...

Tears welled-up in her eyes...


Only words that I could say
were...
'...Do not worry..
I am going to live on...
... with your innocence
and truthfulness , God
will not allow anyone
to shortchange you ...'

I think He spoke through me
on that day.

Here I am now ....
One year on Bird Forum (among
the most kind hearted people)

Six years post cancer...

...and nearly Thirty yrs. of togetherness.

...and our photographer friend
insisted on our Marriage Anniversary
that we should dress up well
...like the birds in their season are..
