This is my feeder!
Photo taken yesterday afternoon. I believe this is the male of the pair of Northern Mockingbirds who has taken over my feeders. From studying my photos of both the male and female, I've observed that the sides of the male's face (the cheeks?) are darker than the female's. Also, the male's eye ring is not as round or complete as that of the female. And, of course, the male has a more aggressive and feisty personality that is evident when he is chasing other birds from the feeders. The female is a little more relaxed and docile. Will post a photo of the two of them on the tree also taken yesterday afternoon.
