White-Crowned Sparrow (Zonotrichia leucophrys)

Taken at the Martin Luther King Jr. Regional Shoreline (Oakland, CA, USA) at less than 5m.

I know I already have photos of this species, but around here, they are one of the more colorful local birds, and I just like all the patterns and contrasts. Besides, they are reasonably people-tolerant, so lots of chances to take better and better photos. :)
