Yellow-bellied Elaenia
For this image, I was going back and forth between this species and the Caribbean counterpart. I ended on Yellow-bellied because the field guide writes that "in the area of overlap with CaEl, the Yellow-bellied has the larger crest". Belly color seems very variable in both based both on my own experience and on online photos. One additional clue: my experience with Caribbean El is that they only really raise the crest high when they also split it to show the white center of crown.
