Starling Roosts Dudwell Mountain Dec 2009 (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know where the starlings are that normally roost on Dudwell Mountain Pembrokeshire. Went this evening and very few came in!!! Last year it was immense!!

Hen Harrier -- Plumstone
Plumstone Mountain;-
A cracking male Hen Harrier this evening & a stunning Starling roost of c90,000 birds if not more. Earlier, an imm/fem Merlin.

Does anyone know where the starlings are that normally roost on Dudwell Mountain Pembrokeshire. Went this evening and very few came in!!! Last year it was immense!!

The birds are still there in immense numbers - i reckon near on 2 million last night. But they are at the northern end of the wood, up the track towards the abattoir. Hen harriers and a peregrine last night too.
