Google Street View birding (1 Viewer)

Think it is actually just the harsh sunlight/camera making it look darker. Found another White Wagtail (black bib/white belly visible) perched by side of the road a little further along, so probably safe enough with White.

Thanks!

Romania

Not new but a nice view - White Stork

Eagle, possibly Lesser Spotted? - there is a second unidentified bird harassing it? at start of sequence.

Another unidentified raptor

And another one...

Same bird as above (top left) and a second Buzzard-like? bird

What about Imperial for the first of the Romanian raptors?

I thought Imperial too

I'd be happy with Imperial Eagle; #182
The bird below it I'm pretty sure is a Sparrowhawk; unless anyone objects
The last two I'd go for both Common Buzzard (already got, of course)

Don't think (provisional #184) is a Sparrowhawk. Doesn't give a Sparrowhawk feel in any of the photos. Looks to have darker patches out at wingtips - initial thought (different view from one posted) was Pallid Harrier but none of the other views backed that up.
EDIT: Oops, thought you meant next bird listed - not the harassing bird in pic 1.

The higher of the last 2 doesn't look like a Common Buzzard either. Too long winged and if there was additional white inboard of the white on show it should also be visible. Also may, or may not, have a pale tail.

Think White Wagtail was already on list.

The 'Sparrowhawk' - different view.... looks too long winged (a bit Buzzard-like but appears too long winged - almost Kite like wings)

EDIT: Maybe Black Kite or even Honey Buzzard?
Thanks! Yep, White Wag already on, should've checked that!! And Sprawk removed.

Common Tern was my first thought, based on the shade of grey on the wings and relative size....but as you say, can't prove it.

Long-legged Buzzard: long wings and pale tail.

If it is, it is extralimital; the species isn't mapped as breeding north of the Danube. Or has it expanded its range significantly in recent years?

Blackstart? Redstart? Unidentifable for me.
OK! Doesn't matter then

African Buffalo from #224 is not added to the list.
Thanks! Added now :t: Do keep checking for anything else I've missed, it is very easy! Also any thoughts on the ones flagged for checks, please:

Looks good for Laughing to me - too slim and dark for Collared. #184 :t:
Ebird map shows it in many parts of Romania:
https://ebird.org/map/lolbuz1?neg=t...mr=6-7&bmo=6&emo=7&yr=range&byr=2010&eyr=2020

Sure not just Collared?

all the best,
A few parts of Romania; not the central area where the pic is from! Granted it isn't impossible, but I think we'd need a higher degree of detail to claim a bird that is at best scarce in the region.
