    thought buzzards had fanned wing tips and can see no sign of them in the shot also the wing tips here are a black triangle ona buzzard its dark brown and just the very tips and down the wings getting lighter. sadly not the clearest of shots taken from about 200 yards but not entirely convinced...

    testing out my new tamron 150-600, this shot from about 50 yards away, couldnt get closer as hedge and barbed wire fence in the way. open farmland with trees along the hedges. also caught in flight even more distant with what looked like either a juvenile or maybe it was hunting or chasing off...

    windows defender is just MS free built in antivirus. its not the greatest anti virus software out there ( if you wnata good free one you cant go far wrong with bitdefender ). however it was probably part of your update or even disabled as default ( windows also has a free built in firewall )...

    just did another quick check and the g6 i found for 299 new with 14-42 lens. that would leave 300 to play with to get the Lumix 100-300 mm . more research needed i think

    Online camera retailers; any recommendations or caveats?

    hdew cameras. based in wallington, surrey ( have visited there office/shop ) probably the cheapest in the UK and offer 3 year warranty on all cameras. products are "grey" but full UK warranty is supplied and very very reliable and friendly.

    what would be the recommended camera to go with this? not really familar with panasonic cameras or lenses how does the Lumix DMC-G5 compare to the om-d em10 for instance as ive seen the lumix for £279 new and around £200 for a used one

    urban fox eating a sausage roll. taken outside while we were having a barbecue late on a summer evening, this urban fox stayed for about an hour to enjoy the revelries and even had a game of Tag with out cat! think he quite enjoyed the sauasge rolls too but wasnt so keen on the overcooked burgers!
