    Ajax, Ontario Canada. Not sure which crow this is, reading descriptions on fish ,It could be that. Report of a fish crow seen in this particular area. I can't remember what it sounded like

    I was back at Lynde shores again yesterday, heard the same bird. Couldn't see it, hubby found it with binocs. Couldn't see with naked eye, I had to use digi zoom to get the common yellow throat warbler, so happy

    Better ear than what I got. I had to shut my eyes, turn up sound & listen to my call & one I found like my on that nature instruct. Finally, clued in , that is it. Last time I seen one was 2019. Thanks so much , I know I saw somehting yellow flying in the leaves

    wow thank you, I never would have thought that, I only know them by 1 call, I was checking out warbler & sparrow calls on nature instruct-Dendroica. Listened to the carolina wren calls, Now to learn all their variations

    Manky mallard maybe

    I've seen this particular duck at Lynde Shores conservation area last year too. It stayed around for a couple of weeks then was gone. Don't know how long it will stay this year. Have also seen an abacot ranger , roen & muscovy there

    I seen something almost like this a few years ago, An adult trying to what we thought was drown an intruding cygnet. Cygnets mother finally showed up to fight the adult after quite a long time.

    Oh my goodness, My husband said it was & I didn't believe him. He'll be so amazed. He calls them ventriloquists of the trees, They like throwing their voices he says
