Description
This family would contain the Coucals of the genus Centropus.
Coucals are found in Africa, Asia, and Australasia.
These are medium-sized to large birds, with long, broad tails.
Most species are rather shy and skulking and feed on or near the ground. They aren't brood parasites.

It's usually included in the family Cuculidae.
