Southeast Asia: Indochina and Vietnam



There are 2 subspecies[1]:

  • H. c. canipennis:
  • Southern China (Hunan, Guangxi, Fujian and Guangdong)
  • H. c. castanonotus:
  • Northern Vietnam (Tonkin) and Hainan


Moist lowland forests.
