Formerly placed in the genus Andropadus.
The subspecies hallae is sometimes split as Hall's Greenbul, Andropadus hallae. However, this split is only accepted by Sibley and Monroe.
Habitat
Tropical dry forests, moist lowland forests, and moist savanna.
