Distribution
Sulawesi endemic. South East Asia: Indonesia: Greater Sundas.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species.
It was formerly included in Maroon-chinned Fruit Dove, together with Sula Fruit Dove and Banggai Fruit Dove. Clements/ebird uses the pre-split name Maroon-chinned Fruit Dove for this form.
