Identification
Olive-green above and yellow-green below with fleshy-pink legs, a heavy light grey bill and cream or yellow irises. The male has a whitish-blue crown.
Distribution
Taxonomy
Two subspecies are recognized, iris and eucephala1. This species has in the past been placed in genus Pipra.
Habitat
Humid forest.
