Identification
Length 11 cm.
Male differs from other wattle-eyes in having grey (rather than black) upperparts and a narrow white loral line. Female has all-white underparts.
Distribution
Western Angola and adjacent south-western DRC.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Forest edge and woodland patches.
Behaviour
Vocalisation
Song is a two-note whistle phoo pheeee. Pairs duet.
