Unless things have changed recently I believe Avocet is pretty infrequent at Conwy RSPB. Knot less so, but still not particularly likely on any given day
Burton Mere Wetlands RSPB is a much better bet for Avocet.
Some Knot may still be kicking around in at least the first half of April up on North Wirral shore, places like Meols or Leasowe, and maybe the shore between Llanfairfechan & Spinnies.
