Swaro CL 8X or 10X??

How and where do you plan to use the CLs?

The 8x32s are going to be brighter and give you the most flexibility under varied conditions, better for birding in woodlands. The 10x32s are not as bright but fine for use in wide open spaces, perfect companions for bright coastal and seashore applications. At dawn and dusk, the 8x32s will outperform the 10x32s. I own Swaro 8x25 pockets and the Swarobright coatings yield a surprisingly bright and clear view.

I have the 10x30s, I have never found them to not be bright enough. I also have the NL 10x42, they are clearly better than the CLs, but I am always happy taking the CLs out when I only want something in my pocket. Not cheap, but well worth it.
