    Where in Northern VA can I reliably watch bald eagles fishing?

    I was able to find a GREAT spot, thanks to a suggestion on one of the photography forums. Conowingo Dam in northern Maryland has more bald eagles than basically any other bird, and they're fishing all day... some fish get pushed through the dam and don't survive, and the eagles just pick 'em up...

    I guess it doesn't HAVE to be fishing actually... I'm just trying to get some 'trophy shots' of eagles with my camera. Seems like they're at their most dramatic while scooping up fish. It seems like most parks forbid getting too close to them, so the shots I've gotten so far are kinda distant...
