    Jays caching (Info for BBC nat hist doc)

    Hi guys I'm interested in pointers for good sites to film Jay. We want to film caching of acorns. But any sites you know where there are either lots of Jay present or the Jay are easier to get close too would be great. I can see from reports there seem to be a lot of birds entering the country...

    Berry Good :-) Redwing and Thrush footage

    Hi guys Just thought I'd post some footage of these. These guys have moved into the grounds where I live and are busy munching there way through the Yew berries. Also are they Mistle or Song Thrush ? Going to check on their progress again tommorrow/Friday so hopefully get a couple of tight...

    Hi there If that hedgehog is out during the day there is something wrong with it. It looks young and might not have reached hibernation weight (600g+). If you see it again and get the chance, weigh it and check it over. Cheers Mat
