Acleris logiana and hastiana - confirmation please

Hi All, Could someone be so kind please as to confirm that I have the correct id for these two, the logiana is quite big being just over 10mm in length which I think rules out anything else similar. Common Pug and Powdered Quaker, Kent.

Hi All, Could some nice soul please confirm or correct these two id's please. The quaker had very pale uniform underwings and to be honest if it wasn't for this I would have just had it down as a Common. Many thanks Marcus

    Dark or Common Marbled Carpet

Hi All, Can anyone please help me understand what exactly is meant by an "angular postmedian line" as to me the underwing on this moth is how I interpret angular, ie not straight with lots of angles :h?: So with this in mind is it a Dark or Common Marbled Carpet? Many thanks Marcus

    Longevity of Colour rings

I was wondering if anyone could help please and give me some idea as to how long plastic colour rings lasted for on birds? Specifically I'm looking at the Snow Geese of La PĂ©rouse Bay, Canada which were ringed/banded in the late 1970's. Many thanks, Marcus
