Wonderful work Steve, I always loved the way a good digiscope could get right in there. I'd be right there too if it were not for sight issues. TFS

Steve, I like all the work with the new camera but seem to keep coming back to this one. Such lovely lighting and colors, of course the detail is wonderful. Thanks for your continuing efforts in digiscoping.

Wonderful Steve, I've always considered super close ups as a special aspect of digiscoping and get a good feeling with results like this. Much skill is required and you sure did a good job here, TFS.

Very admirable Steve, I also was wondering about your Kowa, when I started I went with the low quality glass and fought CA for a couple years, my 883 is a joy. Buy the way, Best buy is still not selling the g9x mk2, out of stock.

Steve, a couple weeks ago I checked if anyone else on BF was using the G9X, you were the only one. A great find and wonderful statement of the cameras potential and in your hands it sure does sing. Congrats and tfs.

Finally got a picture of this one Sparrow which is one in the group of many sparrows that frequent our yard. As the pics show from its front it looks normal but from other views the white really stands out when the white of the flight feathers show. The pics are of the same bird - nearest I can...

A couple months ago I found this painting program and tried it on a couple of my archived birds, I really liked the results of this one so thought I'd submit it. I worked in layers over the original photo and when finished deleted the original layer. A fun program and easy to learn.
