I took a boat trip out to Formentor from Puerto Pollensa in the summer and saw Scopoli’s from it. It’s not specifically for birding, but you can still see them anyway. Here is the link to the company. http://lanchaslagaviota.com/en/formentor-point/

Hi everyone, Attached is what I think is the elm-leaf beetle, a species that I can’t find records for from Albufera. I’m interested to know if this species has been recorded in Albufera, and just in case it hasn’t, is there anyone I can send the record to to let them know? Thanks, Josh

Pp53 Crested lark is rare on the island whereas Thekla breeds there so that is probably your lark.

By the way, has anyone seen Crossbills recently? I have looked for them at La Gola and at Son Real without any luck. Do they move elsewhere after the breeding season? Thanks Josh

    Mallorca 2018

A Nice if rather hot day at Son Real today. No Balearic warblers, yet about 10 thekla larks near the necropolis was nice. Walking towards the visitor centre there were four Two-tailed Pasha butterflies and a hermanns tortoise on the path. On the way back at the Punta des Patró there was a...
