    Yes, it helps a bit, thanks! I think Orange-crowned Warbler is right. I am guessing it was not in the canopy, but rather at low-mid level?

    #1. Blue-gray Gnatcatcher #2. Ruby-crowned Kinglet #3 & #6. Blue-headed Vireo #4 & #9. Yellow-rumped Wabler #8. Northern Parula Edit: I see that I cross-posted with Microtus! At least we agree. #5 is undoubtedly a warbler, maybe Orange-crowned? OC Warbler might not be high in a tree, though...
