Bird seen in Tanzania (1 Viewer)

I saw this bird at Ngorongoro National Park on December 24, 2009.

It has a white beak, black and brown back, greyish chest, black tail, black feet, and an orange stripe on each wing.

I pored over http://www.tanzaniabirds.net but couldn't find a similar bird.

Any help in identifying this bird would be greatly appreciated!
