I'm still new at this and having trouble sometimes.

I believe the first one is an Eastern Wood-Pewee. I'm not sure on the second one. Thanks in advance!

Wings/pp projection apparently on the short side plus very bold wingbars make me think Willow Flycatcher is a better candidate too.
