My tentative ID is Wild Geranium, but not really any idea.

It was growing in a rather dark spot at Kinnordy eastern Scotland in late October.

With the looks of the green leaves, I'm leaning toward Wild Geranium Weed plant.

What is a wild geranium weed plant?

Anyway it is a species of wild geranium- the very common Herb Robert, Geranium robertianum. Does have rather smelly leaves + had the colloquial name Stinking Bob or Robert.

Occasionally see a white flowered variant.

Thanks so much KC and Aeshna.

Funnily enough.... I couldn't think what it was at all, until I actually typed my post title LOL
