Looks like a Red Kite and a Grey Heron but not a brilliant photo to comment on.

If I told you that the bird above was a Herring/LBBGull (wasn’t paying attention! to busy mumbling “what the hell” before I rationalised it on flight jizz, sometimes the birds lie, not the cameras.

Again though Ken, this is an ID forum yet you post images of birds where the ID seems to be known?
