Always worth a try! Feathers can be really tough, but some are distinctive.
Actually, I need to cancel this ID request. Here's why:
A friend of mine pointed out that the kind of feather I found is illegal to have in possession here in the US. I had to get rid of it.
Not posting a picture because it would show I had it in possession. I could get into trouble.
