I'm going for Lesser Black-backed because of the red eye ring.

I think the other one may be a Rock Pipit.

Any help appreciated.

On the basis of the replies it is a BBG. The Collins Guide has the LBG as having a red orbital ring around the eye.

You're absolutely right, it's a GBBG. Thought the bill is a bit too massive... Proofs once more that I should take more time to look at the picture. Sorry!
 
Apart from the points already mentioned and size difference, there is much less of a contrast between the blackness of the primary feathers and back colouration in the GBBG. And of course if you see the legs, GBBG has pink legs and LBBG yellow legs.
