Perched raptor at extreme distance. I have it as Besra. Confirmation or otherwise welcome.

Crested Goshawks, presumably a pair. The feathering of the thighs extends onto the tarsi which is diagnostic, often not mentioned in the literature, and tarsi are strong.

Ha ha. Sorry not to mention it was a composite. And thanks for the correction. Looking at photos Besra does look very leggy (and relatively bare).
