Hi Chris
Nice to see some exotic moths on a cold winter day.
I believe that your second picture is a bug, rather than a moth. A fulgorid hopper, possibly Menenia terebrifera.

ps did you want names for your moths?
 
Diaphania hyalinata to be precise, otherwise known as the Melonworm moth, a species that also occurs in the US.
