The first is a couple of Amazon Parrots that we only saw flying by. I have chosen the image that most shows the head from the side. My guess is Mealy, but I am prepared for corrections.

The second is a bird I think would be a female Blue Cotinga, but again, disagreement welcome

I'd agree on the second bird as female Blue Cotinga.
While the first bird fits Mealy Parrot, I'm not sure there is enough detail in the photo to rule out the other two Amazons.
 
For supplementation: I have blown one of the parrot images up to several hundred percent in an editing program and used the eye-drop feature to look for any pixel that shows clear red in front of the eye. I could not find any.
