Both photos were takenin January, non-breeding season.

Is the first one a male and female beautiful sunbird in non-breeding plumage? But what about the second photo?

Thank you for any advise.

The birds in the first image both look like male Beautiful - the right-hand bird perhaps an eclipse male and the left-hand bird either that or a male in eclipse - it can't be a female with that dark throat.

I'm not quite sure about the bird in the other image - it's over-exposed and I'm finding it hard to judge the plumage tones. It looks rather grey on the upperparts - just wondering if it might be Pygmy?
