Both pictures were taken in late October, 2018

The first was taken in Siguniangshan NP, the second in Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve

Agree with John on no. 2. Apart from the bulk and breast streaking, we can see 7 fingers (primaries), ruling out Crested Goshawk.

for me, the second raptor is an Oriental Honey-buzzard.
Besides, it seems that he wears in his talons a ray of hymenoptera nest

Thanks all. Sorry for the late response

I think we were told the first was a Lammergeier but was unsure because of orientation. The second looks like a juvenile to me which made it hard to for me to identify.
