Doesn’t look like a red tailed to me but Merlin birdie says it is. I have more pics by the way.

Merlin is right this time. The dark marks on the leading edge of the wing are diagnostic. Tail looks pale, but unmarked, which is also good for Red-tailed Hawk. Shape is perfect.
