Remembered the camera this time and Pectoral Sandpiper

We've been on a walk this afternoon and saw these which I thought people might like to see. I particularly liked the patterns the geese made.

There was much excitement as a Pectoral Sandpiper had arrived too, and apparently this is the only one in the county. I had to wait for son to upload his pics as his camera has a better zoom, so here it is along with a couple of other photos.

Thanks, Wendy!

Hi Kits.
Thanks for the photos: I particularly like the beautiful Swan. The P. Sandpiper was a real bonus for your trip, I've only seen them twice in many years of watching; one planned and the other serendipitously.
You proved, as if proof was needed, that cameras can be great things, but only in one's hands. LOL!!

All the best.
Baz.
