I'm returning to lesbos in May 2006 because we enjoyed it so much this year. Two birds I missed though were Levantine shearwater and Bonelli's Eagle. If anyone has any useful info on these two ( other than in Richard Brook's book ) I would be pleased to hear from you.

We had small numbers of Yelkouan and Scopoli's Shearwaters off the north coast one evening, near Skala Sykamineos, in June last year.
