Lindos itself is quite exotic iirc:t:

Had a great 2-week trip one Easter about 20 years ago - tremendous migration.
We got a bus to Archangelos and walked down a superb valley to Lindos and got a taxi back. Lots of Lesser Kestrels and a nice daytime roosting Eagle Owl in one of the many Limestone caves - i was mainly into Botany at the time and remember recording over 30 species of Orchids en-route:eek!:
