I doubt that anyone should with certainty on that image. It is a Beauty-type so the most likely candidates are:-
Willow - https://ukmoths.org.uk/species/peribatodes-rhomboidaria/
Mottled - https://ukmoths.org.uk/species/alcis-repandata/
The shape of the hindwing suggests the latter. Other moths are possible. Indeed the rather broad forewing has the hint of Satin - https://ukmoths.org.uk/species/deileptenia-ribeata/

Hi Paul, Thankyou for the Information and the links, yes the moth I photographed was darker than any of the Moths you gave me a link to but It was the Mottled beauty that caught my eye where It mentioned there were a Number of races and Intermediate forms of this species which I think Is often the case with moths, but again there were similarities with the other beautys you mentioned to.
