Square Spot Rustic - I think, but I'm a beginner with moths...
Thanks, Richard. Like you, I'm very much a beginner. I often find that the illustrations in my ID guide look much neater and clearer than the "real thing", so I struggle to convince myself as to the ID.

Definitely - the guides tend to show very fresh moths, but a little wear and I'm easily confused. Some species seem to have a lot of variation too...
