Unknown gull Belize city (1 Viewer)

Photo taken last week in port Belize City. Can anyone identify please? I searched and could not find a match. Possible juvenile? Thank you.

Tricky from that one image, but it appears to be an immature (2cy) of one of the hooded gulls (Laughing or Franklin's) and I'd probably lean towards the latter, though I'm by no means certain! The reason Franklin's as it appears to lack dusky flanks or breast band that you would expect on a Laughing Gull.

Thanks for the reply. Sadly that is my one photo lol. The eyes were throwing me off...they seemed yellow.

Interesting, but from this image I just went with a first impression. It doesn't appear to be consistent with one of the larger gulls, but another image might have thrown more light...
 
While the photograph isn't the best, the underwings don't appear to be "clean white", which according to the Sibley guide would rule out Franklin's Gull, making this a Laughing Gull. I am not seeing yellow eyes.
