Need help identifying 3 birds from Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe (1 Viewer)

My family traveled to Southern Africa in late June, 2013. We took lots of pics and have identified all but three birds which (hopefully) are pictured below. The first is (I think) some kind of heron from the Okavango Delta region of Botswana. The second is(I think) some kind of plover or lapwing from the Kafue National Park in Zambia. The third I am told might be some kind of kingfisher - it is from Hwange Park in Zimbabwe. Can anyone help me?
