New swing away adaptor, perfect for Leica 82 (1 Viewer)

Leica has no swing away adaptors in their own product range. That made the fine APO Televid 82 less interesting for digiscoping. Now there is a new universal adaptor that fits absolutely perfect on the newer (65/82mm) Leicas.

It's also adaptable to the old Leicas (62/77mm) by reducing the inner diameter with rubber straps that are delivered with the adaptor.

You can adapt it to many other eyepieces too, the only thing that is neccesary: There must be a part on the upper side of the eyepiece that does NOT turn when changing mag.. So it fits to all fix mag exepieces and to zoom eyepieces with not moving eyecups or some other space in the upper part that does not move (like at Leica 82).

Additionally the eyepiece diameter must be 45 to 60 millimeters.

Here it is:

It's similar to Kowa's DA4 adaptor, but more versatile and less expensive.

Frank
