HP won't read SD (1 Viewer)

My HP will read a 1GB SD card but doesn't recognize the 4GB SD card when I use the card reader that is integral to the machine. When I use an external reader via the USB port the HP reads the 4GB SD card just fine. Comments? Fix?

It could simply be that the internal card reader doesn't support larger cards. It maybe that there there is a driver/firmware upgrade available to enhance this...have you tried the HP site?.
