A friend has asked for an ID for this one seen in the tea plantation near Gisakura ranger station.

I remember Chubb's Cisticola was very common around the tea plantations there but the adults had a dark bill and dark lores. Any one know if immature cisticolas vary from the adult plumage?
Or What about Siffling Cisticola for a plainer face and less rufous on the crown?
