So... Would this mean we go with "Golden Masked-Owl" since IOC is the 2nd tiebreaker for Golden and S&M and Clements agree on the hyphen (as do other "Masked-Owls" in the Opus).

I would say yes, even though New Britain MO also seems to be a good descriptive name showing where it belongs ...
