Seen yesterday on a chalk down in southern England. Sorry about the quality.
Silent. At least bullfinch size. No water or wetland for miles. First thoughts were reed warbler, possibly immature, if not for the size.

Tough one without more pics! There is some feathering missing from its forehead, making the bill appear longer than it normally would.
